Audiences will undoubtedly be eager to get to Trafalgar Studios 2 in March as they pick up theatre tickets to witness François Archambault’s “The Leisure Society”, which is set to appear at the venue for a brief run following “Sex with a Stranger”. The production features a stand-out cast that not only includes Ed Stoppard and Melanie Gray, but also features the fashion model Agyness Deyn. Together, under the direction of Harry Burton, they perform in a story of debauchery and excess in a production described as a morality play.

The plot focuses on the couple portrayed by Stoppard and Gray who team with their free-spirited friend Paula – played by Deyn – for a weekend of self-indulgence and vulgarity.

Ed Stoppard is a well known actor who regularly frequents a London theatre stage. His redits include “The Glass Menagerie” at the Apollo Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue and “Arcadia” at the Duke of York’s Theatre. He has also been seen in television shows like “Brideshead Revisited” and “Fugitive Pieces”.

Meanwhile, Agyness Deyn’s previous work has mostly involved modelling, which has seen her appear on the covers of various well known magazines. However, she has also branched out into singing and acting, with credits in the latter category including the blockbuster movie “Clash of the Titans” in 2010 and the upcoming “Pusher”.

“The Leisure Society” will appear at Trafalgar Studios 2 following shows like “Huis Clos” and “Sex with a Stranger”. It runs from Thursday 1st March 2012 (previews from Tuesday 28th February 2012) to Saturday 24th March 2012.
